EPC project

Key E+P+C stages, rigorously controlled at every level.

EPC, or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracting—also known as “turnkey projects”—is widely employed in the construction industry. Projects typically undertaken under the EPC model are characterized by large investment scales, extended construction timelines, relatively complex technologies, and numerous uncertainties. Consequently, this approach places stringent demands on the contractor’s overall capabilities. Nanke Heavy Industry has been deeply rooted in the crushing and grinding sectors for many years and boasts extensive experience in EPC project contracting, with a track record of proven strength that is widely recognized across the industry. In recent years, numerous domestic and international clients have chosen Nanke Heavy Industry EPC services, and all such projects have been successfully commissioned and accepted. Moving forward, driven by superior product quality, hassle-free project support, and comprehensive project management,Nanke Heavy Industry EPC services are poised to expand globally and flourish in markets around the world.

Engage in thorough communication to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs.

Market research and factory setup recommendations for clients

Conduct a comprehensive analysis and design an appropriate process plan.

Practical Application >> Construction and Installation Phase

Civil and electrical engineering: close collaboration among specialized engineers

Equipment layout: compact and rational arrangement of equipment

Installation assurance: dispatch a professional installation team.

Conduct trial operation and have the client accept the project deliverables.

Services >> After-Sales Stage

Quick response: prompt after-sales feedback and instant answers to inquiries.

Parts supply: ample inventory with nearby delivery

Follow-up visits and regular check-ins for guidance

Equipment maintenance, regular equipment maintenance training

Clear EPC responsibilities and authority, with unified planning.

The scope of work and delineation of responsibilities are clearly defined, allowing a significant portion of the responsibilities and risks during the construction phase to be transferred to the contractor.

This allows owners to free themselves from day-to-day operational tasks and focus on the key factors that influence the project, thereby ensuring the proper direction of project management.

Adopting the EPC project delivery method helps leverage the strengths of all parties involved in project management and achieve the various objectives of project management.

This allows owners to free themselves from day-to-day operational tasks and focus on the key factors that influence the project, thereby ensuring the proper direction of project management.

Manganese Ore Processing Line,Lastourville,Gabon

Nanke Heavy Industry in Guangxi undertook the design and installation for the Rastuvil Mine, upgrading the existing 50–100 t/h production line to a 150–200 t/h line through technological renovation.

Processed materials: Manganese ore

Output: 150-200t/h

Project Information

Manganese Ore Processing Line, Franceville, Gabon

Design and installation were carried out at the Biniom Mine in Franceville, Gabon, where technological upgrades increased the original 250,000-ton-per-year production line to an annual output of 500,000 tons of manganese concentrate. In 2018, a new manganese ore processing line with an annual capacity of 1 million tons was commissioned. As a result, the mine’s production capacity was expanded from 250,000 tons per year of manganese concentrate to 1.5 million tons per year of manganese concentrate.

Processed materials : Manganese ore

Output: 1.5 million tons per year

Manganese Ore Processing Line, Mombélé, Gabon

The Mongbélé Mine is owned by the former Huazhou Mining Company of Southern Manganese Industry, a Chinese-funded enterprise. The mining area is located in the Mongbélé region in west-central Gabon, Africa, with a mining concession covering 20 square kilometers and an average manganese grade of 31.7%.
Nanke Heavy Industry team in Guangxi carried out technical upgrades and installation at the Mongbéli Mine, increasing its production capacity from 330,000 tonnes per year of manganese concentrate to over 1 million tonnes per year.
