Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the design of seven pieces of equipment and the preparation of associated drawings for the company’s patent applications;
2. Responsible for completing the review and optimization of design equipment drawings, and for the final submission and archiving of both electronic and hard copies of the finalized drawings.
3. Responsible for submitting drawings and procurement lists for production and manufacturing equipment to the Production Department, and for tracking the production and manufacturing of such equipment.
4. Actively participate in or take responsibility for the research, development, and design of new equipment;
5. Responsible for surveying, mapping, and optimizing the procurement or introduction of equipment, ultimately developing innovative equipment tailored for SUSTech.
6. Actively participate in various machinery and equipment exhibitions to stay abreast of domestic and international trends in mineral processing equipment, and adopt and apply advanced auxiliary equipment and spare parts; upgrade and replace the production equipment at the Southern Research Institute.
7. Actively collaborate with the sales department to resolve equipment issues reported by customers and provide excellent customer service and maintenance.

Job Requirements:
1. Based on the geological exploration report, design the overall mine development plan, including the selection and optimization of the development system (such as shafts, inclines, and adits) and mining methods (such as open-pit mining, room-and-pillar mining, and fill mining).
2. Provide guidance and oversight for on-site construction activities, including blast-hole pattern design, support scheme development, and control of ore dilution and loss. Resolve technical challenges encountered during the mining process, ensure that production is carried out in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations, and assume responsibility for the quality and schedule of mining operations.
3. Identify and assess safety risks in mining operations (such as collapses, roof falls, blasting, and harmful gases), and design and implement safety technical measures and emergency response plans.
4. Analyze production data and continuously optimize mining processes, equipment, and operations to enhance production efficiency, resource recovery rates, and equipment utilization. Participate in the preparation of the production budget, monitor direct mining costs (such as blasting materials, support systems, and energy consumption), and propose and implement technical solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
5. As a core technical personnel, collaborate closely with the geology, surveying, safety, mechanical and electrical, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth information flow and seamless coordination of work.
6. Provide technical justification and support for the procurement of new equipment, the introduction of new technologies, or capacity expansion at mining operations. Prepare various technical reports, operating procedures, and summary documents.

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the design and development of mining machinery and equipment, including structural design, material selection, and mechanical analysis, among other tasks;
2. Develop a detailed design plan based on project requirements, and perform 3D modeling and 2D drafting;
3. Participate in product design reviews, resolve technical issues during the design process, and ensure that the design solution meets performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to mass production, including prototype testing, iterative improvement and optimization, and production support.
5. Monitor industry developments and technological trends, continuously optimize existing product designs, and enhance product competitiveness and user experience.
6. Prepare relevant technical documentation, such as design specifications and operation manuals, to ensure the traceability and compliance of the design process.

3. In accordance with the company’s marketing strategy, comprehensively cover all customers in the assigned region, expand product market share, actively achieve sales targets, and fulfill the annual sales objectives set by the company.
4. Regularly submit market intelligence and competitive intelligence to provide decision-making insights for the company’s strategic planning, product development, marketing strategies, market promotion, after-sales service, and other policy initiatives.
5. Willing to accept overseas business trips.
