The Large-Scale Complete Sets of Intelligent Mining Equipment Project of Guangxi Nanke Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is located at No. 365 Liushi Road, Chuanshan Town, Liujiang District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province. The project covers a land area of 34,202 square meters and has a total floor area of 21,374 square meters. The main construction components include a standard factory building with a floor area of 16,463 square meters and a research-and-development complex building of 3,886 square meters. Upon completion and full production, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 1,000 sets of large-scale complete sets of intelligent mining equipment, effectively strengthening the machinery manufacturing industrial chain, promoting industrial structure upgrading, and advancing the gradual shift of the machinery manufacturing industry toward larger scale, higher-end sophistication, and greater intelligence. This will be of significant importance in fostering high-quality industrial development in Liujiang District and Liuzhou City. The estimated total investment for the project is RMB 146.61 million, with the funding for fixed-asset investment to be self-financed by the project owner. It is also planned to attract approximately USD 15 million in foreign investment, accounting for about 80% of the total investment. The completion and commissioning of this project will mark another new starting point for the Group in opening up global markets and achieving transformation and upgrading.
