Product Introduction
Hammer Crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-hard or brittle materials with hardness not more than 300Mpa and 15% moisture，such as coal, cement, gypsum, alumen, brick, tile, limestone, etc. It has the features of simple structure,big crushing ratio,high production efficiency, uniform particle size,etc.This equipment can be adjusted to reach various discharged granularity as the customers' requests. The ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher equipped with ring hammers.
The ring hammers can not only rotate with the rotor but also spin on the hammer pin shafts independently. The adjustment of discharge granularity is achieved by replacing screen plates of different specifications.
Working Principle
The primary working component of a hammer crusher is the rotor equipped with hammers; the rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pin shafts, and hammer heads. A screen plate is installed at the lower part of the rotor. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber, where material enters the machine through the upper feed inlet and is crushed by the impact and grinding action of the high-speed hammer heads. Fine particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen plate and are discharged, while coarse particles larger than the screen aperture are retained on the screen plate for further crushing and are eventually discharged through the screen plate as well.
