Product Introduction
The dehydration screen adopts dual-motor automatic synchronization technology and a universal eccentric block adjustable amplitude vibrator. Through two independent vibrating devices operating in opposite directions synchronously, the excitation force provided to the screen machine causes the materials to perform linear jumping motion on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purposes of dehydration, classification,desilting,and desilting of the materials.
Equipment Advantages
1.The side plates are designed with no welding seam structure, and adopt imported HUCK rivet hydraulic tension assembly to ensure its rigidity and no stress residual, and prevent the side plate from deformation and cracking;
2.The crossbeams of the screen are sprayed polyurethane, and easy-to-replace protective plates are installed, which are resistant to corrosion, erosion and wear;
3.Linear vibrating screen has advantages of simple structure, high screening efficiency, reliable operation and low energy consumption

for one-time casting. The screen panel has excellent elasticity and wear resistance, which can effectively solve the hole clogging issue, also its service life is longer than similar products.
