DETAILED INTRODUCTION
Product Introduction
The trough washer is used for mineral washing. It uses water to select the minerals, removing impurities such as sand dissolved in water from the original minerals, so that the minerals meet the requirements of technology and economy. This machine is suitable for washing minerals with a particle size of 75mm or less.
Working Principle
During the mineral washing process, both the minerals and water are added from the top of the tail end simultaneously.About two-thirds of the length of the trough is filled with mineral slurry. The mud clumps and the mineral particles with mineral mud adhered to the surface are washed by the rubbing and scrubbing of the impeller and the flushing with an appropriate amount of high-pressure water (with a water pressure of 0.1 to 0.2kilopascals) injected from the upper end of the trough, allowing the mineral mud to disperse and separate from the mineral particles, achieving the purpose of mineral washing. The mineral slurry and coarse particles move in the opposite direction. The fine mud washed out is discharged from the overflow channel at the bottom of the trough, and the coarse particles are pushed upward by the impeller and discharged from the discharge port.

The tail bearing sealing mechanism adopts the latest patented technology, which effectively solves the problem of pulp leakage.
