DETAILED INTRODUCTION
Product Introduction
The composite double-movement jigging machine performs parallel forward and backward vertical opening and closing movements. The flexible rubber diaphragms hermetically connect the upper jigging tank and the lower conical water supply bin. The reciprocating parallel vertical movement generates a vertical alternating force on the water flow inside the jig. When the upper and lower moving parts close, the water medium forms an upward flow relative to the ore bed on the screen mesh of the upper jigging tank to loosen the ore layer. When the upper and lower parts separate, the water medium moves downward against mineral particles. Under the suction of descending water flow, the ore bed compacts on the screen mesh, and particles undergo hindered settling in the water medium to achieve mineral stratification by density.
Fine heavy minerals pass through the screen mesh into the lower cone and are discharged into the fine concentrate tank via the fine ore discharge valve. Coarse minerals automatically form a bedding layer. Once the bedding layer exceeds the required thickness, excess coarse ore is released through the oversize discharge valve into the coarse concentrate tank. Adjusting the thickness of the coarse ore bedding layer can control mineral separation quality. Light minerals and waste sand flow into the tailings tank for discharge.
The upper and lower parallel double-movement design delivers stronger vertical alternating water force and greater penetration capacity for ore beds. The movable sieve function of the upper unit simulates traditional manual ore washing principles, facilitating effective loosening and separation of materials on the screen. It supports high-capacity operation inside the separation tank with no material caking or tailings loss. Increased ore bed thickness directly improves separation quality and production capacity. The lower moving unit operates on the same principle as conventional jigs to supplement and cooperate with movable sieve separation.
Adopting a double-layer and four-stage separation structure, the upper layer processes coarse ore while the lower layer processes fine ore. It can handle materials with particle sizes ranging from 1 mm to 50 mm, enabling simultaneous separation of coarse and fine minerals in a wide size range. The four-stage separation system includes a primary separation bin, a secondary re-separation bin, and third- and fourth-stage recovery bins. It features high separation efficiency, low tailings loss, and reduced resource waste.

Application Fields
This process is suitable for the purification of various rare-metal ores, including tungsten, tin, gold, copper, lead, zinc, chromium, titanium, zirconium, rare earths, rutile, monazite, tantalum–niobium, garnet, quartz, and kaolin. Heavy minerals pass through a mesh screen into the lower moving cone and are discharged via the fine-product discharge valve into the fine-concentrate pond; coarse minerals automatically form a bed layer, which, once it exceeds the required thickness, is discharged through the over-screen discharge valve into the coarse-concentrate pond. By adjusting the thickness of the coarse-mineral bed layer, the quality of the beneficiation can be controlled. Light minerals and waste sand are discharged into the tailings hopper.
