DETAILED INTRODUCTION
Product Introduction
The Td75 type belt conveyor is popular as a mass-market conveyor due to its simple process structure, low cost, strong component universality, convenient maintenance, and the ability to meet normal conveying requirements. It can be used as a single unit, multiple units, or in combination with other conveyor equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
With the advancement of technology,some new technologies and processes have also been applied to some important scenarios,such as using conical rollers, large head deviation adjustment, deviation switches,and pull rope switches to ensure the safety and protection of the conveyor.
The features of belt conveyors are as follows:
1. Tape widths are available in six options: 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, and 1400 mm.
2. The drive power ranges from 1.5 to 200 kW, covering a total of 12 specifications;
3. Belt speeds are available in eight options: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 3.15, and 4.0 m/s.
4. Conveying capacity: Refer to Table 1 (material bulk density r = 1.0 t/m³, conveyor inclination angle β < 6°, and material angle of repose = 30°).
5. The maximum incline angle is shown in Table 2 (when conveying downward, the allowable maximum angle is 80% of the value in the table).
