Product Introduction
The cylindrical screen is widely applied to the screening of various materials. It enables the smooth screening of low-quality coal, slime, coal smoke and other materials alike, making it a new-generation material screening equipment.
Working Principle
The cylindrical screen consists primarily of an electric motor, a reducer, a drum assembly, support roller assemblies, a frame, a feeding device, and a discharge device. A variable-speed reduction system drives the drum assembly to rotate at a specified speed, allowing materials to pass through the screen from top to bottom for separation: fine particles are discharged from the lower front end of the screening drum, while coarse particles are discharged from the lower rear end.
