The YDEPSF-100 crawler-mounted mobile jaw crushing and screening station from Guangxi Nanke Heavy Industry has officially rolled off the production line, marking the start of a new journey of development.
At 8:00 p.m. on August 25, 2025, Guangxi Nanke Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd marked a significant milestone with the grand rollout ceremony for its YDEPSF-100 crawler-mounted jaw crushing and screening station, held in Workshop No. 2. Wei Guanghai, Chairman of Yuanhai Group Mining Co., Ltd., along with company leaders from Guangxi Nankex Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., attended the event, while all project staff gathered to celebrate the successful completion and commissioning of the company’s first crawler-mounted jaw crushing and screening station.

During the ceremony, Chairman Wei Guanghai delivered an enthusiastic address. He began by expressing his heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication over the past year and more in support of the project’s construction, and he highly commended the efforts of the crawler-mounted mobile jaw-crushing and screening station project team. Chairman Wei emphasized that the successful completion of this equipment was the result of the leading role played by the Nanke leadership team, workshop directors, and team leaders, as well as the tireless, round-the-clock efforts of all frontline staff over the past two months. At the same time, he encouraged all employees to continue striving toward the “three highs and one low” goals of high efficiency, high output, high quality, and low cost, so as to create new achievements and further propel the company’s development.
Subsequently, Chairman Wei Guanghai warmly shook hands with frontline employees to offer his encouragement. Team Leader Qin Honghui, speaking on behalf of the frontline workforce, pledged that they would steadfastly uphold their conviction of certain victory, approach their work with unwavering enthusiasm and high morale, foster unity and collaboration, diligently hone their professional skills, and continuously enhance their expertise to ensure that all tasks assigned by the company are completed on time, to the required quality, and in full quantity.
The tracked mobile jaw-crushing and screening station is a major highlight of the complete-machine design developed by Guangxi Nankexin Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., and represents an important step in the company’s industrial upgrading and transformation. Design and R&D for this project commenced in May 2025, and production was brought to fruition in just four months, demonstrating the company’s robust technological capabilities and highly efficient execution.
The main unit of this equipment is a C96 jaw crusher with a capacity of 150 tonnes per hour and a maximum feed size of 400 mm, driven by a 75 kW motor. It is equipped with two 3.7 kW feeder motors and a hopper with a volume of 5 m³; two 3.7 kW vibrating screens; a primary conveyor belt measuring B1000 × 9000 with a power rating of 11 kW; a fines conveyor belt measuring B100 × 6000 with a power rating of 7.5 kW; as well as three side conveyors and two transfer belts, each fitted with motors of varying power ratings to meet different material-handling requirements.

This will lay an even stronger foundation for the company’s development in the mining machinery sector and contribute further to the economic growth of Liujiang District in Liuzhou City, Guangxi.
