The meeting reinforced safety awareness through multiple approaches.

Case Studies Sound the Alarm

In-depth post-mortem to identify the root cause

An in-depth analysis of accidents across different years and scenarios clearly reveals how deficiencies in safety awareness and operational violations gradually escalate into tragedy, underscoring the paramount importance of maintaining “zero complacency” and placing safety at the forefront of all operations.

Following the case-based safety awareness campaign, employees’ safety consciousness has undergone a significant transformation: shifting from passive compliance to proactive implementation. They now explicitly regard strict adherence to safety policies, proactive acquisition of safety skills, and immediate reporting and rectification of potential hazards as their guiding principles, thereby achieving a profound shift in mindset—from “I am required to be safe” to “I want to be safe” and “I can be safe.”
