【Process Introduction】:
The copper–lead–zinc beneficiation process employs a mixed flotation–concentrate regrinding flow sheet, which reduces grinding costs and simplifies operations. In addition, the use of novel non-toxic flotation reagents ensures high efficiency and environmental friendliness.

The mineral processing flow is innovative and features lower operating costs.
The regrinding process for copper–lead mixed concentrate eliminates the need to finely grind the entire feed ore, thereby reducing grinding costs. Moreover, regrinding promotes further liberation of individual mineral particles in the copper–lead concentrate and effectively removes collector residues, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent separation of copper and lead.

Strengthen the flotation process to increase the grade of copper concentrate.
In the roughing stage, the reagent regime must be strictly adhered to, with reagent dosage carefully controlled to ensure “early recovery whenever possible,” thereby minimizing multiple circuits and unnecessary losses. The secondary enrichment effect of the froth should be fully exploited, and appropriate no-water flushing of the concentrate froth should be carried out to reduce impurities in the froth, thus achieving the goal of enhanced flotation.

Copper–Lead Mixed Flotation Separation
In the flotation stage, the copper–lead mixed concentrate is first separated; following regrinding, flotation is used to selectively recover the lead concentrate and the copper concentrate, with each concentrate then undergoing dewatering.

Zinc flotation separation
The tailings from the copper–lead mixed flotation are subjected to agitation and slurry conditioning prior to zinc concentrate flotation; the resulting concentrate product is then dewatered to yield the final zinc concentrate.

【Application Fields】:

The combined flotation–concentrate regrinding process is generally suitable for copper–lead–zinc sulfide ores that exhibit close symbiotic relationships, are difficult to liberate, and have uneven grain-size distribution.
