(hereinafter referred to as “Nankexin Heavy Machinery”) was adorned with colorful banners. With the final batch of concrete precisely poured into place, the project’s main structural work officially reached its topping-out milestone. The office building has a total floor area of 3,886.56 square meters and features a modern industrial-style design that integrates smart office solutions with green and energy-efficient principles. Upon completion, it will serve as a multifunctional facility encompassing administrative offices, R&D operations, and client reception, thereby providing robust infrastructure support for the company’s development.
At the ceremony, Chairman Wei Guanghai, accompanied by senior leaders from Yuanhai Group and Nanke Heavy Industry, jointly poured the final batch of concrete for the topping-out ceremony and conducted an on-site inspection of the project’s construction quality. Representatives from the participating construction units pledged on the spot to continue adhering to the principles of “scientific organization and meticulous execution,” rigorously controlling the quality of subsequent interior finishing and ancillary works to ensure the project is put into operation as soon as possible.
